I am installing two more toilets and have specifically requested Dana for those jobs also. Since I purchased my own toilet from Home Depot, the price only included parts and labor.

Kyle did an excellent job diagnosing an ongoing well pump issue that had been incorrectly installed by a previous employee. He acted quickly, clearly explained what the problem was, and made sure I was comfortable with all the work being done before moving forward. He showed up exactly when he said he would, didn’t leave until everything was fully resolved, and even followed up the next day to make sure everything was still working properly. That level of care and professionalism really stood out. Steve arrived on time and was patient me being a few minutes late myself. I gave him the light I needed mounted just outside my front door. The whole process only took about 30-45 minutes and the new light looks great! My only complaint would be the sticker shock I got afterwards - $230 just to change out a light fixture. I do recommend him, but just know the charge can be a bit much.

Had unexpected drain issues which are never fun. Especially with a big family and a baby. Scheduling a repair was easy. Was told by dispatch that the technician would be there at least before 10 pm. If it weren’t for Charles, this review would be scathing. Our appointment window was 1-5pm. We got a call at 4:15 saying they were wrapping up a job and would be on their way shortly. 5:45 I call the office and they tell me “he’s wrapping up the job and will be on his way shortly” …… Um. Ok. That’s what we were told an hour and a half ago. 7:15pm still no word, so I call again. They contact dispatch to find our guy is still stuck at his previous site. “We’ll send someone out as soon as we can”. Glad I took a half day at work for this, smh. 8:30pm we get a call from Charles saying he’ll arrive in 20 minutes. Charles is not the original tech that was supposed to assist, but he was profusely apologetic. He was able to diagnose and remedy the issue with relative quickness. There was a secondary concern from a previous visit that he was able to address as well. He really left me feeling positive about the visit despite everything that had preceded his arrival.

He is extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the hvac. He could be teaching trainees. He's that good. He also has a personality that gives the customer(me) confidence in his workmanship. I need to have a chandelier installed as the flush mount light that was currently in place was just not doing it for me. My technician Marty was exceptional. Our plumber, Katia, really knows her trade. She efficiently completed a series of plumbing repairs at our home, all the while explaining what she was doing and why it was important. She recommended additional tasks (locating our sewer clean-out; replacing the water heater anode, etc.) that make sense for us as homeowners. I had my AC serviced today by David Popp and it is hard to express how impressed and pleased of the service he provided. Not only was he professional in the work he preformed but he was pleasant in his mannerism. Almost immediately he gained my trust as he was able to educate me on the questions I had about the freon filter. After completing the maintenance David took his time to go over all the parameters of the inspection and clearly educated me on my options. I ultimately had a soft starter installed to address the 121 amp surge to the compressor that brought it down to 35 amps, in addition to replacing the UV lamp. Best service I have ever experience with my AC. Thank you Snyder Man for sending Super Man! David loves his work because he told me so. What a testament to himself, his trade and Snyder Air. Great experience with Josh but unfortunately not a very good one with Jonathan on Friday 11/28/25. He came in strong and the way I described him to my wife as much like a "used car saleman". He came over and I showed him where the problem was and the repair that needed to be done, and as fast as I got done speaking, he peeked into the center of the condenser unit and right away told me that my accumulator was in bad shape and that I should think about a new unit because he could not guarantee that the repair would last before something else going wrong. I told him that all I wanted to do was to repair the damaged copper pipe and refill with coolant. He was still very aggressive and trying to have me purchase a new unit and said that his repairs would be a "no guarantee repair". I explained to him that I was not able to afford a new unit at this time and why, and still he was right back to the " used car salesman" tactics. Finally, I was just about sick of him and asked to have the until repaired. Also, when the repair was done and he proceeded to replace the cover on the condenser where the electrical connections were, he tripped the main house breaker at the panel. He didnt have the condenser breaker off and a ground wire touched a live connection while he was replacing the cover. It's seems like more and more your techs are always now trying to sell a service and it was not this way before. Again Josh did a great job and did what he could for us.

I have to say out of all the technicians I have had from Snyder company Redi Zisi was probably the most thorough and professional person I have ever had the pleasure to meet. He then came inside to inspect and again thoroughly cleaned the air handler, explained how what monthly maintenance I can perform myself. He dispatched Mr. Carlton Smith who performed an amazing removal and replacement of deficient toilet components. Extremely professional and courteous. He explained in detail what he was doing should I had any questions. Absolutely genuine courteous and extremely knowledgeable plumber. Mr. Carlton was ahead of schedule and completed the job quickly. I was blown away on how quickly they worked together getting the old unit replaced. The Electrician Christopher Burger, did a thorough inspection and had to replace some wires to bring it to code. We had a constant dripping coming from behind the shower wall and the only access panel was a 9" square cutout in the adjacent bedroom closet back wall, which was virtually worthless in this situation. The water was affecting the items in the closet as well, so we had to act fast. Fast. Living here for about 14 years, I knew Snyder as a highly reputable company to call on, and so we did just that. They dispatched Trey Cassidy, who did an absolutely phenomenal job for us! He assessed and explained the extent of the issue, gave us two different ways of going about repairing it, and was meticulous in doing the repair. He is exceptional at what he does, and we already have plans to bring him back right after the new year to help us with replacing the faucet and spout on the master bathroom's deep tub. Joe Byrd was actually a breath of fresh air. Our water heater was leaking and smelled of smolder which tripped the breaker. Snyder set a next day appt and Joe came. He was very helpful and unassuming and gave us his honest advise without being pushy at all. He actually shared lots of info on pricing and warranties and made the decision rather easy for us. He even shared a few tips and insights we didn’t even know about water softeners and shower fixtures too. We should be good to go soon because they can do a same day replacement, at which point I will thoroughly enjoy a hot shower. Thanks Joe Byrd. If I could make this 10 stars I would! AC went out on a Saturday night and Snyder responded by 11AM Sunday. Our tech, Dylan, was very thorough and had our issue diagnosed within just a few minutes. Even though our system was installed by another company just 3 1/2 short years ago, Snyder took care of all the warranty details and was able to get a new compressor installed in 5 days, which is much quicker than the 4-6 weeks the manufacturer said it would take!! Dylan was so knowledgeable and explained every detail along the way. Snyder now has a new lifelong customer and will be requesting Dylan for every preventative maintenance appointment!!

We needed a new unit because ours was 14 years old and were skeptical about the amount of money we would be putting out for it, but it was honestly the best decision we have ever made for our new house. Julio and Alexis were finished installing new copper tubing, the new unit, concrete block, air handler, and thermostat in about 4 hours! Amazing work, very knowledgeable and friendly, and consistently paused to allow us time for questions and to show us what they were doing and how to manage our new system. The reason it’s not a five-star review is because the original appointment was set for Monday morning, and… well, nobody showed up. I got a couple of texts saying they were running late, but no real updates or ETA. Eventually had to cancel and reschedule for the next day. I get that delays happen, but it’s a little frustrating to block out half a day, put errands on hold, and then end up with an empty driveway. That said, once things got back on track, Roger totally delivered.

Gyles was my technician today. He was very prompt, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Before entering my home, he was mindful to put shoe covers on . He was very patient in explaining the issue regarding both of my units and addressed the issues within a timely manner. His expert troubleshooting helped identify a problem with an older breaker box that had not been replaced when I got my new unit. This helped to explain why my main breaker kept being tripped which was a seperate issue that I had been having which another Snyder technician ( electrical) was unable to identify during a previous service call. This was the first time that he serviced my units. I wish that he could be my regular technician. Please give this man a raise!! He is awesome!!

Snyder A/C, Plumbing, and Electrical and Mr. Phillip Carter. We had some trouble with our upstairs AC unit, called Snyder A/C, Plumbing, and Electrical. Mr. Phillip Carter came to our home late in the afternoon and we were more than likely his last call on a Friday afternoon. Phillip was very professional, put on little bootie's before he came into the house, and was very helpful. Within about five minutes, he had the AC fixed on our upstairs unit. The AC capacitor was bad, replaced, and back on in record time! Phillip also spent a great deal of time, even though it was Friday and he could have been heading home, making various recommendations based on his experience with AC units. Phillip's recommendations will help in maintain the unit and avoid future problems. Phillip is very knowledgeable, took photographs of everything he did, and his effort was greatly appreciated!

The rating has nothing to do with the Tech, but the company and how much they charge people for work to be done. I had to have a handle and cartridge replaced on my bath tub. Due to previous owner rigging it up , the screw had to be drilled out, which caused damage to the cartridge. The amount i had to pay to fix it was astronomical. I will never ever due business with this company ever again. I would not ever recommend this company to anyone. As for the tech he was very professional and polite. I feel sorry for the Techs that work for such a company as this one.

Dominick beyond exceeded expectations! He was professional, efficient and great at communicating what was needed and what was happening. He completely replaced my breaker box and threw a 50 amp line to my backyard. He stood within his projected timeframe. This is the first time I used their service (electrical). I was very pleased and impressed. The day for the electrician to arrive, I received a text message, that included a picture of the electrician, to advise me that he was in his way. About 20 minutes later, I received a telephone call from the electrician advising the approximate time if his arrival to my home. When he arrived, he covered his shoes so he would not soil my carpet. The electrician had a very good attitude, identified my problem and clearly explained to me what needed to be done. Clearly explained all the other services the company provides. I will use their services again. Today is October 21, 2024- The service provided by the technician was excellent. Very pleased with his services. He reconnected my chandelier in my dining room and placed the crystals om the chandelier. I truly did not expect that he would replace the crystals. My chandelier looks beautiful. He was very patient in doing what he had to do. I'm deeply appreciate his excellent service. I believe he is a valued employee and cares about the type service he provides the customer.

Keith Stock came out and did a thorough check of my A/C unit both inside and outside of the house. He was able to find the issue and show me what was causing the problem. He did a great job explaining my options and what he felt was the best path forward. He was both professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him as the go to guy in the future. Glenn McMillan was the installer who came out to perform the work the following day. He knew exactly what it would take to get the install complete and even finished within 30 minutes of the time he quoted me. He kept me informed while he was at the house and walked me through the use of the equipment at the end. I think he did a great job and would gladly have him come out and perform any additional maintenance / servicing to the system going forward Travis Hicks came out once the installation was done to replace my circuit breaker. The new unit called for a larger capacity breaker. He knocked the work out quickly and walked me through what was done. He answered a few question I had related to the surge protection before he left. I was very pleased with his work and would not hesitate to call Snyder again for any repair / service requests that come up.

We called Snyder to come out and give us an estimate on our broken pipe line in our 1946 home. Ronald came out within the time they told us. I called kind of late in the day around 2:30. He got here around 3:30. He was very knowledgeable and immediately got to work climbing under our house. He found the problem that the house flippers did not do right. We bought this house in 2016 and just a few weeks after we moved in our toilets backed up. It was a mess. They supposedly fixed it since their work was still under warranty. They just patched it up and now we have this problem. We appreciate Ronalds honesty explaining what he could do. Its a lot of work. They will be out next week to fix it the right way. I will be giving an update. Thank you, Ronald 😊 Ronald and his team came yesterday Wednesday May 29th At 8 o'clock and worked tirelessly in the heat. They immediately started cutting the concrete, went under the house and started working. Then digging out the drain line. Everything they did was professional. They worked constantly until late evening, cleaned up and returned Thursday the 30th of May at 8 and got to work finishing up the job until late evening. It was a lot of work in the heat. Had a 240 line put in my garage and had the best experience!!! My tech was Dominick I would highly recommend his service I’m definitely using him again!!! He was very professional, trust worthy and easy to work with, he had an answer for every question I had! He was very knowledgeable and takes pride in his work! Would definitely recommend!!!!

Tim Day was my semi annual Snyder technician today. He was very polite and professional. He did an excellent job in explaining everything he was going to be doing and not only advised on what I needed but explained why the items needed to be replaced. I feel he did a very thorough and complete examination and covered all the points of inspection. After he was done, he went over the checklist with me and went above and beyond to answer questions which I really do appreciate. He was very pleasant and I will definitely recommend Tim Day for my future inspections. Everyone I’ve talked to has been extremely courteous and professional. I initially spoke with Mary, she was awesome. I received messages on when my tech would arrive, and a follow up call from the tech himself giving me his precise arrival time. My tech was Danny, he was very pleasant and professional. Once everything was installed, they loaded the old equipment up, cleaned up inside, and explained the operation of the new system to me. Very happy with my experience and my house feels nice and cool now. I would recommend Snyder to anyone, and I think they would be very happy with the product and service they receive.
