First of all, my wife and I want to thank the Snyder Electric company. We had a whole house generator and new electric panel installed, and it was the best experience we have had from any company! From Mark the manager; to all the scheduling staff a job well done. The communication was awesome and everyone was cordial, and treated us with respect. A special thank you to our technicians Isaiah and Gavin. These young men were professional, knowledgeable, conscientious, and most important polite and friendly! They communicated with us throughout the entire job explaining what was going on as they worked. Their work ethic is beyond what we have experienced with other companies. The confidence they displayed was a major part of our comfort because it was a big job. When the job was completed the installation looked great and everything operated as it should have. Thank you Isaiah and Gavin for doing a great job, and representing Snyder Electric in a way that has gained them a customer for life! We also want to mention that Snyder replaced the drywall that was cut and removed, and their pricing is highly competitive because we had other estimates from companies. But as far as my wife and I are concerned: With technicians like Isaiah and Gavin, a manager like Mark, the excellent customer service, and all the great support staff it is worth the extra cost if that were the case. Julio and Alexis were phenomenal! We needed a new unit because ours was 14 years old and were skeptical about the amount of money we would be putting out for it, but it was honestly the best decision we have ever made for our new house. Julio and Alexis were finished installing new copper tubing, the new unit, concrete block, air handler, and thermostat in about 4 hours! Amazing work, very knowledgeable and friendly, and consistently paused to allow us time for questions and to show us what they were doing and how to manage our new system. Snyder has wonderful employees. We have never had a bad experience and that is a huge reason as to why we decided to go with them to finance our new system. They gave us a wonderful discount and the new system comes with so many great add ons from Snyder that it was hard to resist. We've already recommended them to our friends who don't currently utilize them.
