Tom called to let me know that he was on his way. He arrived before my appointment time. He quickly assessed the problem. He told and showed me the parts that needed replacing. He called and ordered the parts. The parts were available this afternoon. He left and picked up the parts; he let me know when he was back; and quickly replaced the necessary parts and rechecked everything to make sure everything was working properly. He was efficient and courteous.

On August 23, 2024 Snyder Air Conditioning serviced my system with routine maintenance and installed a UV system for $535. Their total bill was $1,064. When a supervisor reviewed my invoice he acknowledged an overcharge amount of $399. He sent a request to customer service and it took them over a month to process my refund. Eventually after multiple phone calls they processed my refund in October 2024. The UV system has already stopped working. I think you should consider my disappointing experience with Snyder before asking them to work on your system.
