Glenn was very helpful and friendly. He explained everything. He and his crew did an outstanding job installing the new unit. Marcus and his crew did an outstanding job putting in the insulation. Very friendly and professional. Jason explained the problem with the old unit and provided various options. He explained what the new unit would cost and the warranties. Thanks for a job well done.

If it weren’t for Charles, this review would be scathing. Our appointment window was 1-5pm. We got a call at 4:15 saying they were wrapping up a job and would be on their way shortly. 5:45 I call the office and they tell me “he’s wrapping up the job and will be on his way shortly” …… Um. Ok. That’s what we were told an hour and a half ago. 7:15pm still no word, so I call again. They contact dispatch to find our guy is still stuck at his previous site. “We’ll send someone out as soon as we can”. Glad I took a half day at work for this, smh. 8:30pm we get a call from Charles saying he’ll arrive in 20 minutes. Charles is not the original tech that was supposed to assist, but he was profusely apologetic. He was able to diagnose and remedy the issue with relative quickness. There was a secondary concern from a previous visit that he was able to address as well. He really left me feeling positive about the visit despite everything that had preceded his arrival.
