Phillip was very thorough and explained to me what the problem was and how he fixed it. I appreciated that as I wanted to fully understand what was happening with my A/C! I had called in a panic that morning and Phillip was dispatched and out to my house by 10:00 am! What great service and another reason why I choose Snyder over all of the other competition! On July 30, 2025 Ian Russ came out and fixed and improved our AC. He also gave us more education on the AC unit, which we loved. He was very friendly and would highly recommend him again. He also educated of the whole house surge protector and the benefits of having one. On August 5, 2025, Dustin came out to install our whole house surge protector. Very nice and he also educated us on our electrical panel. Very informative and interesting to listen about our surge protector. We really like doing business with Snyder Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electric - from customer service to getting the jobs done and also at a reasonable price! Thank you!!
