Ryan did an amazing job. Very professional. He listened to all of my concerns and inspected all the area that be of potential concern. He completed inspections in a very timely matter and gave his recommendations. The best part is he believes that it’s something I never thought of and would be the option to start with. Will definitely set up appointment. Top notch service.

Truly the worst service I’ve ever received or paid for. From the moment Buckhalter joined Snyder I have had 3 canceled scheduled appointments. Today makes number 4. The scheduled appointment is 10-2 pm. After calling at 3pm I was moved back due to delay in prior jobs. At 5pm I called again. Now the estimated time is 11pm. After a very poor conversation the appointment is moved another two days. We pay for maintenance and have had multiple leaks. Poor service top to bottom. Utter regret they hold our AC warranty now after Buckhalter was bought out. Total waste.

Jason was the most professional air conditioner technician I have ever had.He was also very kind and respectful to me and my home. He also explained everything showed me everything more than anyone has ever done. He fixed my air conditioner in a timely manner and I would highly recommend this man for any job. He has a ton of knowledge and you can feel safe having him there.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Had a technician come to the house for a free estimate. He told us how much it would cost and what was wrong. Tried to get financing, but was denied. Then the technician says we need to pay 100 for the estimate!! He didn't even do anything and yet wants us to Pay 100 for a free estimate! Horrible service!!!

My AC went out on a Friday afternoon, and what I thought was going to be a small repair was actually my entire HVAC system needing to be replaced. I knew immediately who to call and here I am Monday afternoon with an entirely new and upgraded HVAC system. These guys sent an army of techs out to my house and completely exceeded expectations. When they say Snyderman they ain’t playing! No one else I would recommend when it comes to AC these guys are the best!
