my appointment time frame was from 8 AM to 10 AM in the morning. At 9 AM I received a call letting me know the technician would be late. I appreciated the dispatch reaching out. My new timeframe was 10 AM to 2 PM. . He called ahead to let us know he was coming and about 30 minutes later he was there. He took a look at our problem. made an assessment and set up for a replacement of a toilet Additionally, he did the walk around of the houses plumbing and let us know of any other potential issues. He was very courteous and informativeand did not try to press a hard cell on any additional work that could be done in a 30 Year old home.

My Snyder air technician, Nick, just left after an extremely detailed scheduled maintenance stop. I’ve never had a more thorough check on my AC system ever!! He spent the time to go through my report, supported by photographs, and answered my questions in a completely professional manner. If I could leave a six star rating for Nick and Snyder air conditioning, I would do it in a second!! Thanks Snyderman!!

Highly recommend Snyder Air Conditioning! We've had an ongoing issue with our a/c unit spewing bad-smelling air into our home. It's a tough thing to figure out because it doesn't happen all the time, particularly when the technicians are there. But Savannah with Snyder was AWESOME! She spent the time to look over everything, discovered the problem, and then set about fixing it. She kept me informed, explained everything she was doing -- and why-- and was very knowledgeable. In short, it was a delight to work with her and I'm thrilled that she fixed our problem!
