Julio and Alexis were phenomenal! We needed a new unit because ours was 14 years old and were skeptical about the amount of money we would be putting out for it, but it was honestly the best decision we have ever made for our new house. Julio and Alexis were finished installing new copper tubing, the new unit, concrete block, air handler, and thermostat in about 4 hours! Amazing work, very knowledgeable and friendly, and consistently paused to allow us time for questions and to show us what they were doing and how to manage our new system. Snyder has wonderful employees. We have never had a bad experience and that is a huge reason as to why we decided to go with them to finance our new system. They gave us a wonderful discount and the new system comes with so many great add ons from Snyder that it was hard to resist. We've already recommended them to our friends who don't currently utilize them.

Fantastic service, had my air fixed in about 5 minutes. He was super knowledgeable and explained the issues so I could understand. But my absolute favorite part was how fast the response was. I called @ 4pm , and my issue was solved before 7 that evening. I slept well, thanks! Also purchased a maintenance plan, well worth it. Fantastic experience.
