We have generally had great service from this company for over a decade. But had a very bad experience yesterday. Got a price to replace all ductwork for our AC (the SUMMER price, which is always more expensive). 30 minutes later the tech called back and said he made a mistake it would actually be $1000 more than he quoted. What??!!! That is a terrible error to make and unacceptable. After loving this company for a decade we are shopping around.

Kyler was very helpful and informative. He arrived earlier than the scheduled appointment, and even called ahead of time to make sure that was okay. Very good experience. They’ll be getting my business in the future for sure.

Keith Stock came out and did a thorough check of my A/C unit both inside and outside of the house. He was able to find the issue and show me what was causing the problem. He did a great job explaining my options and what he felt was the best path forward. He was both professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him as the go to guy in the future. Glenn McMillan was the installer who came out to perform the work the following day. He knew exactly what it would take to get the install complete and even finished within 30 minutes of the time he quoted me. He kept me informed while he was at the house and walked me through the use of the equipment at the end. I think he did a great job and would gladly have him come out and perform any additional maintenance / servicing to the system going forward Travis Hicks came out once the installation was done to replace my circuit breaker. The new unit called for a larger capacity breaker. He knocked the work out quickly and walked me through what was done. He answered a few question I had related to the surge protection before he left. I was very pleased with his work and would not hesitate to call Snyder again for any repair / service requests that come up.

Truly the worst service I’ve ever received or paid for. From the moment Buckhalter joined Snyder I have had 3 canceled scheduled appointments. Today makes number 4. The scheduled appointment is 10-2 pm. After calling at 3pm I was moved back due to delay in prior jobs. At 5pm I called again. Now the estimated time is 11pm. After a very poor conversation the appointment is moved another two days. We pay for maintenance and have had multiple leaks. Poor service top to bottom. Utter regret they hold our AC warranty now after Buckhalter was bought out. Total waste.
