Highly recommend Snyder Air Conditioning! We've had an ongoing issue with our a/c unit spewing bad-smelling air into our home. It's a tough thing to figure out because it doesn't happen all the time, particularly when the technicians are there. But Savannah with Snyder was AWESOME! She spent the time to look over everything, discovered the problem, and then set about fixing it. She kept me informed, explained everything she was doing -- and why-- and was very knowledgeable. In short, it was a delight to work with her and I'm thrilled that she fixed our problem!

I needed help on a Saturday and had no choice. My tech was David who was fast and efficient. I liked him. He seemed knowledgeable. So glad he was available + so fast. Maybe you need a discount for 1st timers and seniors, I am 83. If 5 stars is the best I give him 4 stars.

Sam is so very detailed, polite and professional. I did not understand all of his professional speak, but my husband sure did. His demeanor is very encouraging and made me feel as though we would be in the very best of hands with Snyder! Thank you! Alonzo Smith & Sam Marshall have done a fantastic job at our home. My husband met them for the first time today in person, but had already had good conversations with them via phone. They were so accommodating to keep him updated on progress! Thank you both for a great experience!!!!

Woke up to a burned rubber smell. Called Synder after FD could not locate source. Called Synder right after & Rashad Forcine came out within an hour. He was very knowledgeable and down to earth. He was very easy to understand and was determined to find the problem & found solutions fast! He really knows his stuff! Pricing was not outrageous that I've experienced with other companies price gauging. I recommend Rashad with Synder!
