My bathrooms over flowed on new year eve, water everywhere including into my bedroom. I have a back problem so it took me almost 8 hours to clean up and then cleaned everything with bleach. Sewage was disgusting to clean up and boy did it stink. Snyder came out within an hour after I called. The technician was very nice and understanding. He was here about 3 hours clearing my drains. I didn't have the money to pay him when he was finished, so Snyder allowed me a couple of days to ask my kids to send me the money I needed to pay up. I thought that was very understanding, plus they are coming back next week to run a camera for free, to find out where the problem is so I can find the money to dig up my front yard and fix that problem next. It was a rough new years eve day,and happy the problem was resolved. Thanks Snyder

I really can’t express enough how many times this company disappoints us , weather it’s with missing appointments or “ being under staffed “ they show up late , then constantly try to upsell you … the last guy that came out , two weeks ago trying to tell us how “ old “ our unit was and should be replaced …. He was speaking with my wife , kicker is the unit was installed 3 years ago …. I don’t really understand what’s going on but yesterday I look up and well they left the side panel off the unit almost like they are deliberately trying to make it fail … also they missed the last appointment by two months making our filters get clogged and the unit to shut off in the Florida heat , mind you we pre book and pre pay for months in advance

Tech (Kasey Carrier) was very personable and efficient. He kept me advised through the maintenance service process as he performed the many tests and adjustments of the TRANE Heat Pump System. He installed a new UV bulb that was at the end of its 1 year service life. The UV appeared to be very effective in preventing growth of mold/mildew in the coil compartment.

I am a widow and single Mom, I recently found out that there was not so safe electrical wiring in my home. I called several pros to get estimates and options. When I spoke with Synder Co the man sounded like he could not be bothered, I sent 3 other companies my inspection report and my concerns. The very day of the appointment with Synder he told me there is nothing they could do, so I wasted a day off work. I had not sent them the report nor had he even gone to look to give me an estimate and he did not even call me back as he had to talk with a manager. Now several weeks later I have 3 companies with great options and reasonable prices. Why did I waste my time and off work with this Synder who I got off Angis list. I do not recommend Synder Co for any jobs to be done at your home
