Tony is one of the best techs EVER! Super Expert, extremely courteous and friendly, and went through everything with us so that we understood the inspection. This is also our first time using Snyder and we are very pleased with every single person we’ve come in contact with all the way to the end with Tony. The office called ahead of time and Tony called ahead of time to give us a heads up. Honestly Tony and Snyder go above and beyond. We are forever customers. Great prices for the best service! We have generally had great service from this company for over a decade. But had a very bad experience yesterday. Got a price to replace all ductwork for our AC (the SUMMER price, which is always more expensive). 30 minutes later the tech called back and said he made a mistake it would actually be $1000 more than he quoted. What??!!! That is a terrible error to make and unacceptable. After loving this company for a decade we are shopping around.

My AC went out on a Friday afternoon, and what I thought was going to be a small repair was actually my entire HVAC system needing to be replaced. I knew immediately who to call and here I am Monday afternoon with an entirely new and upgraded HVAC system. These guys sent an army of techs out to my house and completely exceeded expectations. When they say Snyderman they ain’t playing! No one else I would recommend when it comes to AC these guys are the best!
