From the moment they arrived at the house, Dominick, Kyle, Kevin, and Eric were so professional. They were all very helpful and friendly, even when I kept asking questions. Their expertise was evident during the install, as they handled everything that came up with ease and efficiency. They were very meticulous with their choices, and left no question about anything being done correctly, or without being checked and double checked. As a customer, that is greatly appreciated. An extra thank you to Eric for his patience with my questions, and to Dominick for the same, and for his thorough explanations, to help someone like me, who knows little, to understand. This review doesn't really cover the repair itself. I had the work done, the work was fine, the leak was repaired. My main issue is with billing. I originally contacted Snyder about a leak I had noticed coming from a second floor bathroom. It was traced down to a faulty original tub installation - specifically the overflow. The way the tub was installed had cracked around the gasket needed to seal the overflow valve. The person who came out to my house told me, "We'll try for a repair that you'll have to pay for today. In the event that the repair doesn't work we'll credit you for the cost of the repair from the installation cost of a new tub." That seemed like a reasonable deal to me so I took it. Unfortunately the repair didn't work and I had to have a new tub installed. As can be guessed the whole, "we'll credit you for the cost of the repair against the tub replacement" never happened. TBF it isn't a crazy amount of money and I did call them up twice to have it corrected. Both times the Master Plumber or whoever wasn't available. The second lady I spoke with said she had transferred my request to billing or accounting and I would be credit within a few days - that never happened.

Glad I called Snyder! Their basic plumbing service call was explained up front and it’s reasonable. Dan got here in a couple hours, found the issue, gave a quote, and fixed the issue right away. Snyder will be my go-to company from now on.
