He was professional and knowledgeable and not only addressed the immediate water heater circuit breaker problem but also brought to my attention a potentially hazardous electrical circuit issue which I authorized him to fix. They tried to charge me $317 for a diagnostic 😆 save your money folks. They don’t tell you the price of things until they dispatch to charge you the $100 fee. You best believe I sent the tech right home after hearing that number. They can keep my $100 along with this deserving 1 star review.
