Dana and the rest of the Snyder team did an outstanding job installing our air conditioning system. From the start, there is no pressure, they are professional, gracious, and clearly have the expertise for the job. They provided clear explanations and photos for each step of the process. When they left, I was pleased to see how clean the area was. Highly recommend.

Levi was very professional, he explained everything thoroughly and answered my questions with plenty of knowledge. He also didn't pressure me in selling the service repair like other HVAC techs do. 5/5 for knowledge and professionalism

Isaiah and nick from Snyder happened to be helping their partner company in Tampa this week. And I had them hang multiple light in my house and change some switches. They were very professional, educated, and super friendly. They did such amazing work I wish they had Snyder down in Tampa! I tried to write a review for them on integrity, but I the sight would not allow me. I decided the best thing to do was leave a review directly . Thank you again Nick, Isaiah and Snyder ! Great work !

Frank G. was professional, hardworking, and kind. He came in and did his job way beyond what we expected. He took his time and answered every question I had...he showed great patience! BTW, he left the room he was working in cleaner than he found it! Thank you, Snyder, for sending out only the best workers.

I would like to amend my previous review. Debbie from Snyder tried very hard to mend this relationship, which I greatly appreciate. However, after agreeing on a price, a misdiagnosis and the credit we were supposed to receive disregarded, I can only increase my review by a few stars. Thank you for all your work Ms. Debbie. After reading the reviews and hearing testimonials from people this company seemed like the best choice, however, our experience has not been positive. Our unit had a condensing coil malfunction, in the middle of August, Snyder came out quoted us, took our payment then told us it would be 3-4 months before our part was available. After learning this I attempted to get our money back and go with a different company who could get the part quicker, but they refused to let us out of the contract. I therefore reached out to Carrier directly and found a way to expedite the part, provided them with all the information and thought they would take care of it, they did not. I followed up the next week and nothing had happened, reached out to Carrier again who reported they hadn’t received anything. So I, the costumer acquired all the information and sent the paperwork to Carrier directly. Part came, under warranty great because it is a $6,000 dollar part on a barely 2 year old unit. BUT…refrigerant is not covered or labor so that will be $1,800. Paid that, even though I personally handled most of the paperwork and actually getting the part. Now we are 6 months out and they came back out to complete maintenance, which took three different technicians before they were able to figure out what needed to be done, and they are telling us our inside coil has a leak and we are expected to pay $1,800 again for refrigerant…Don’t you do a whole system check after replacing a major part? If you are the best in the business, how come you are unorganized and unable to properly complete a job?
