I called and Joe came to answer questions and provide a quote. He was patient and explained things very well. His efforts went beyond my expectations. Thank you Snyder! Thank you Joe! In addition, I believe his name was Zane (?) . He, like Joe, exceeded my expectations. He worked hard but kept smiling. He showed me the sediment that he had cleaned out and it was evidence that I had made the right choice. Thank you again!

Levi was a great tech. He was prompt, polite and fixed my blower motor immediately so my house was ready for weekend guests. The company’s sales tactics are slightly aggressive. Levi shared a number of estimates which left me skeptical on which were truly something I should consider. I’m trying their service package for the year so we’ll see how the 6 month check up goes. If you contact Snyder you can trust Levi’s work just be wary of the extras.

I recently had family in town that stayed for a week. Unfortunately their last day here my plumbing went out in one of my full baths and we had to share the remaining one. Fortunately, however, I had the pleasure of working with Charles and my plumbing issues were resolved with an hour! Charles was so professional and explained everything that needed to be done and gave a step by step status update throughout the process! His pleasurable demeanor and expertise made my experience with Snyder a great one! Highly recommend!

First, the positive, The four employees I met were pleasant and the electrical connections were done to code . Second the negatives, Dewayne and Andre came late in the morning took and a two hour lunch. Afterwards the lead electrician sat in his car for an hour, while his apprentice tried to do work, he did not have the capability to do. They did not carry enough electrical supplies in their truck to complete the job in one day. You can see from the photographs that the pro/trans box was put in unlevel. In the other photos you can see the install of the two hanging lamps was not properly attached to the cable that supports the lighting from the ceiling. In the last photo, you can see how I fixed it. When they came out to do the original estimate, I told them the type of generator I had so that I could install a system to use it through my electric panel. I also showed the electrician on the day of the install the type of generator I was using. After everything was installed, and the electrician showed me how everything was going to work it turned out my generator does not work with the system they chose to install. That means I need to sell my generator now and buy a new one because of their mistake. After spending the entire day, he blamed my hanging light fixtures for the reason he had to come back a second day to finish the installation. This is after they spent six hours of actual work time when it should’ve according to another electrician, I talked to taken three hours. Last, but not least the lead electrician cursed under his breath repeatedly loud enough for us to hear from the other side of the room. Finally got a generator that would work with the system they installed and the installation of the back up generator wiring panel was incorrectly done we went without electricity for four hours, waiting for Snyder electric to come back out. Mark Sallette Came out and fixed and repaired what the previous electricians broke and badly installed. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I would give Mark a five out of five stars. I would change my rating overall if Snyder Electric did something to reward my wife and I for the unprofessional behavior of the previous electricians and their shabby work. Such as a minimum of a $100 gift certificate at a local restaurant to pay for my time and frustration level.

Showed up quickly and on time, knowledgeable, thorough and extremely professional. I am truly blessed to have Snyder. They installed our units yrs ago. They maintain maintenance, so when our unit went out. They came out in a timely manner, fixed the issue and it was all covered under the warranty. No more cost for me. Awesome service.
