Called for service on Friday morning and was given a time of slot 10am-2pm. They pushed the appointment all day because they are behind schedule. At the end of the day majority of the technicians are sick. They promised to come out 1st thing Saturday morning. Saturday morning is here and now they want to push the appointment again. If you can't perform the job just say that instead of having a customer clingy to hope that you guys are going to show up.

Don’t feel like a trust worthy company. Recommend rewiring the house, which was done in 2020. Didn’t even check before recommending it, clearly just looking to make more money out of lying/ tricking people. Christopher was very polite and worked quickly, however. Wouldn’t use again, it’s not comforting knowing someone is just trying to get another couple hundred dollars out of you for an already extremely expensive service. Also hung out light knowing it was broken and didn’t mention that until after hanging out so I don’t feel that I can trust that it was actually broken. Would have been appropriate to mention upon taking it out of the box so that we could return it and get our money back, who hangs a broken light? They do not work diligently, they work quickly to get to the next thousand dollar appointment they can get to

Snyder AC was quick to respond. Levi arrived within 2 hours of me calling. Levi assessed the equipment and explained the issues. He is very kind, patient and knowledgeable.
