Mr. Omar was very professional and he was very knowledgeable and he gave us detailed instructions of how to keep our unit cleaned and he made some very good recommendations that could keep our unit maintained much longer. Woke up to a burned rubber smell. Called Synder after FD could not locate source. Called Synder right after & Rashad Forcine came out within an hour. He was very knowledgeable and down to earth. He was very easy to understand and was determined to find the problem & found solutions fast! He really knows his stuff! Pricing was not outrageous that I've experienced with other companies price gauging. I recommend Rashad with Synder!
