Jason was fantastic. He explained everything that he thought should be addressed and the reason he thought each issue deserved our attention. He offered us several options to choose from regarding a new air conditioner. He was very thorough. He really made us feel confident that Snyder was going to do an excellent job. Give that man a raise!

Ian did a fantastic job on a maintenance call for my older AC unit. He went above to identify the issue and correct it, while also explaining to me how I could prevent additional issues in the future. His careful, patient, and friendly demeanor was very much appreciated. The level of service he provided was amazing for the cost. Thanks to Ian I will continue to use Snyder in the future and hope to work with him again.

Ac tech came out on December 5th to service systems. He found an issue and was going to order replacement parts. He called and said something about the parts not being available. Since that time I have texted with the company asking for someone to call back to explain the issue. Multiple times I was told someone would call but nobody has. I think taking over 20 days to call is inexcusable. Time to find another provider. Sad part is that Snyder bought out the company who installed my new ACs. The other company never gave me this type of customer no-service.
