I had maintenance service completed on my heating and air conditioning system. DaVaughn was the technician and he was very thorough in his work on our systems and did a very nice job. He took the time to explain things to me and provided some suggestions. DaVaughn made sure the area was clean before he left. I had a good experience and would recommend DaVaughn and Snyder.

Shawn was wonderful. He's kind and courteous. He's professional and doesn't mind taking you every step of the way with him. He answers questions with ease and you don't feel like you're bothering him. He handles everything like a Boss and he checks on you after to make sure everything is to your liking and there are no issues. Would definitely recommend Shawn as your plumbing needs. We had four days of plumbing work, redoing the entire house and outside pump and bladder tank . He deserves a huge raise.

my appointment time frame was from 8 AM to 10 AM in the morning. At 9 AM I received a call letting me know the technician would be late. I appreciated the dispatch reaching out. My new timeframe was 10 AM to 2 PM. . He called ahead to let us know he was coming and about 30 minutes later he was there. He took a look at our problem. made an assessment and set up for a replacement of a toilet Additionally, he did the walk around of the houses plumbing and let us know of any other potential issues. He was very courteous and informativeand did not try to press a hard cell on any additional work that could be done in a 30 Year old home.
