I had an amazing experience with Snyder Air Conditioning. All three technicians were polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I was provided with a time frame for when the job would be completed, and it was indeed finished within that time frame. I would recommend their services to anyone looking to replace a unit. Electrician Mike, Technician Jim, and I apologize for forgetting the name of the third technician. Keep up the great work!

Snyder Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electric in Jacksonville, Florida. The Snyder Plumbing department of the business is a Terrible, unprofessional company Branch. They sold me a brand new Water Softener installed it, then came back five months later and said there was a problem with the softener, and they were doing a company recall. I asked for a refund being they took away the Water Softener I paid for in full, and they said they would get back to me. It has been over six months now. I have made multiple calls regarding this issue every month since they took away the Water Softener, to resolve this, and they are still giving me the runaround, and not trying to work with me. I am still paying for the house loan that I got for the ten thousand dollar plus Water Softener and they have not refunded me or done anything to fix the issue. They are a terrible, terrible, poorly ran, unprofessional company and I would suggest everyone stay far away from them. I'm filing a lawsuit this coming Monday against them.

I enjoyed my appointment with Synder Heating and A/C. My technician was very professional and respectful. They team worked efficiently inside and outside of the home. They even wore shoe protectors. My unit was cleaned and I can already feel cooler air. My technician also gave suggestions for ways to protect my unit. Not only was my appointment great but the scheduler was as well. She was accommodating and professional. I highly recommend!
