Dana is terrific! Replaced my 16 year old unit with a new energy efficient machine. Tax credit also applies. Loved the personal touch to ensure that I get what I pay for and actually more than that. Very confident that the install is absolutely correct based on our discussion and the detailed review by Dana and his crew. Very respectful and careful of my house not to damage anything. Tested everything to make sure the system was running correctly. Quality and value were the priority from the start. Had Snyder now for a dozen years and fired the previous company. Nobody is initially thrilled at the idea of paying $12,000 for an AC replacement. Amy was very kind and professional and helped us make an educated decision to replace our AC unit compared to dumping $2500 worth of R22 into a leaking 26 year old Carrier unit. We are getting set up with a new Trane system next day install. I’ll update this review after the install but I’m very pleased with the customer service so far as I should be on such an expensive purchase.
