Donovan Heating and Air has been our partner in keeping our A/C in top operational shape for years. We have always been pleased with their service and the quality of workmanship by their Technicians. Today, I had Ryan working to repair my unit. He's a skilled technician who takes the time to explain everything in "layman's" terms so you understand both the problem and solution; AND he doesn't leave until he's verified the unit is back up and working at the optimum level. Ryan is not only a skilled, talented professional, he's also a very nice person which makes a difference to me. I highly recommend Donovan Heating and Air for all your cooling and heating needs. Their team and service is exceptional!

While Snyder is the more expensive option compared to other companies, the 0% interest and urgency to get the work done really sold it for me. I'm really excited to have them back next week and look forward to seeing their quality of work and repairs! Update: I received repairs on my entire duct work system in less than 3 hours. There were 4 gentleman that came to do the work and they were very professional, speedy, and efficient. The only downside to getting work done this time of year is how prevalent mosquito activity is, and about 3-4 dozen got in the house from the door being propped open. This isn’t a fault on the crew, but more of a warning to others getting similar work done in mid-September! Be prepared to deal with the critters that get inside while work is being done. I so appreciate how quick they were and that my home never went over 75 degrees. I was expecting the house to get hot and the unit to be off. I was very pleased with my comfortability while they worked. Excellent job Snyder!

Patrick is friendly and very knowledgeable. He looks the entire situation over and then gives his recommendations. He explains everything he suggests and is quick to give an estimate. I feel comfortable relying on his advice and that he will make sure the job is done well.

I had yet another 5 star experience with Synder today. Our fire alarms weren’t working properly and we suspected an electrical issue. Billie Stanley was outstanding. He arrived on time, quickly identified the problem, and fixed it! He was kind and reassuring. And he even got a Snyder coloring book to give to my son. So thoughtful! I can’t recommend Snyder enough. And special thank you to Billie for taking such good care of us today!!!
