Savannah what the technician that came out today and she was nothing short of amazing! She was so personable and professional I can not explain how refreshing it is to have someone like her to help with the absolute mess that my AC is. She went above and beyond to fix the problem and was very thorough and explained everything. She answered any questions I had and there were plenty of them. Will continue to go through Snyder for any HVAC needs and will continue to request Savannah! She deserves a raise and praise for her hard work. Thanks Savannah!

The rating has nothing to do with the Tech, but the company and how much they charge people for work to be done. I had to have a handle and cartridge replaced on my bath tub. Due to previous owner rigging it up , the screw had to be drilled out, which caused damage to the cartridge. The amount i had to pay to fix it was astronomical. I will never ever due business with this company ever again. I would not ever recommend this company to anyone. As for the tech he was very professional and polite. I feel sorry for the Techs that work for such a company as this one.
