Geramy was very informative and made sure to ask if I had any questions along the way. He is both pleasant and professional . He went above what I expected and I appreciate the time and effort he took to help us.

I purchased a brand-new AC unit from Snyder just a year ago, and it has already broken down. My husband reached out for a repair 15 days ago, and they have yet to fix it. The lack of urgency and customer service is beyond frustrating, especially given the high cost of a new unit. We expected better reliability and service, but instead, we’ve been left with no AC and no resolution. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a dependable product or service.

Brandon got to my emergency toilet back up so quickly, he was respectful, and got us a good deal. He also recommended a restoration company for us. I really appreciate Brandon! Well done!

Ray did an amazing job on setting up my air conditioner replacement, and working on my limited time frame. I couldn’t be happier with the guys who did the work . They made an installation so easy for me and i know it wasn’t an easy install. A BIG thank you to all involved in getting this job done. Many referrals coming your way!!!!! Thanks again ,Kathryn Harris Salon PHD

I really appreciate the way Petey handled a tough situation. When an unexpected issue came up with the valve installation—due to the builder’s original use of plastic fittings—he was upfront and honest about what happened. Instead of cutting corners, he made it right by offering to replace the valve at no extra charge and having his drywall guy repair the damage. While the drywall repair won’t include painting (as explained upfront), I respect that Petey is sticking to the original agreed price of $2,800 and not adding surprise costs. His professionalism, clear communication, and commitment to fixing the problem the right way show that he truly values his customers. Things don’t always go perfectly in construction, but the way Petey handled this situation gave me confidence that I chose the right person for the job.
