Brandon was absolutely wonderful! We had a leak in our half bath and discovered that the toilet was installed incorrectly when we had our floors redone(by another company). Not only did he fix the install issue, we found another toilet in the house was also installed incorrectly. Finding and repairing that issue saved us from significant issues and damages down the road. He went above and beyond, was professional, kind, and showed me the issues every step of the way.
