I recently had family in town that stayed for a week. Unfortunately their last day here my plumbing went out in one of my full baths and we had to share the remaining one. Fortunately, however, I had the pleasure of working with Charles and my plumbing issues were resolved with an hour! Charles was so professional and explained everything that needed to be done and gave a step by step status update throughout the process! His pleasurable demeanor and expertise made my experience with Snyder a great one! Highly recommend!

Exceptionally helpful. I was looking for a reputable hvac company after a poor experience with another. There were zero attempts to upsell. Our tech, Tom offered straight forward solutions that could have been easily complicated for the sake of squeezing more $$ from us. After having a nightmare experience with a different ac service company, we reached out to Synder. They were able to come out same day! The technician sent was Bryce Rodriguez. Bryce was extremely knowledgeable and thorough!! He took his time to figure what the true issue was, unlike the other company we had for years. Two days later, Bryce and another technician came out to do the repair, and again took their time and did the job correctly!! The issue that we’ve been having for a year+ and fighting with the other company was finally fixed and we are truly grateful!! Thank you!!
