Had a new AC installed in April 2025, in June 2025 the AC started freezing up continuously. Had Snyder come 3 times each time saying nothing is wrong. Finally they figure out they need to order three parts. This was the end of July. It’s now October and they are refusing to even return our calls. $12k system that can’t maintain a temperature under 77 degrees without freezing. Beyond disappointed. If I could give negative stars I would solely based on their lack of communication. Be cautious giving them any work at all.

It was an EMERGENCY! My 92 year old patient had ZERO heat and it was freezing last night! From the time I called to the time Savannah arrived was in a blink of an eye! Savannah was the epitomy of professionalism and empathy! She diagnosed the issue with speed and precision and had the house warm and cozy in under an hour! I have had many experiences with AC techs but she was beyond expectations! As this was an emergency the cost was absolutely reasonable! Thank you Savannah and Thank you Snyder! 🥰

Service was excellent like always with Snyder. They are fast and pull out all the stops to get you repaired as fast as possible. Bryce went across town to get the parts, installed in the rain and installed the UV light so I should not experience this issue in the future. We have always used Snyder and we will continue.
