I'm really happy with how this visit went! German was very polite and found the issue quickly, informed me on what caused it, and told me what my options were without pressuring me into making a snap choice decision, unlike another AC company who was relentless about making a choice there and then (if any company tries to do that to you, run away!!)

Dominic was very polite and he explained all possible solutions and pricing prior to starting. He worked quickly and efficiently while being very informative to me and his trainee Xavier. They were very neat and cleaned as they performed the repair. I also discussed another change I'm considering in the near future and Dominic shared some thoughts and ideas. I will definitely use this company and hopefully Dominic again.
