Phillip was very thorough and explained to me what the problem was and how he fixed it. I appreciated that as I wanted to fully understand what was happening with my A/C! I had called in a panic that morning and Phillip was dispatched and out to my house by 10:00 am! What great service and another reason why I choose Snyder over all of the other competition! Omar was 5-stars!! From on time arrival to best in class visit! I desperately needed a maintenance appt as I was experiencing a high level of allergies and headaches over the months. He was “Top Gun”. And checked everything from indoor equipment assessment to outdoor condenser unit and ducts - he remedied the situation and took the time to correct eg outdoor unit hadn’t been cleaned in years - the mud/ muck he uncovered was not an easy task but his time/ effort brought the equipment to its original condition. He also installed a UV assembly which addresses bacteria, mold spores and so much more - I now have fresh air and am already feeling better. Regular maintenance is essential and while I’ve only lived in my townhome for 6 months - I highly recommend Snyder AC - ask for Omar!! I’m putting him on our Berkshire Hathaway list of TOP Vendors!!!
