I am thoroughly impressed by the impeccable service provided by John, Randy and Joseph with Synder Plumbing. They were attentive, professional and knowledgeable. John, Randy and Joseph provided excellent recommendations ensuring my satisfaction. Their expertise and skill are evident of their professionalism from the first consultation to the final results. John, Randy and Joseph took the time to understand my concerns and desired outcome. They created a plan that perfectly fell into place. Randy and Joseph worked non-stop until the job was complete. Re-piping an entire house in one day is rare but they somehow pulled it off with all their hard work. John, Randy and Joseph with Synder Plumbing were ALWAYS readily available (we used texting for efficiency) They did a great job ! Their pricing saved me over $8,000 Awesome..... Can't imagine using anyone else after this experience. The day of service they were on time, and walked me through the process from start to finish. With their recommendation, I also replaced my water heater and installing a water filter system for my home. I was happy to find this company that not only does plumbing but also Heat & Air service/repair. John, Randy and Joseph with Synder Plumbing are respectful, polite, personable and skilled. John, Randy and Joseph helped address my problem quickly and accurately. They kept me in the loop during the entire process, worked around my schedule and helped address potential problems and possible solutions moving forward. Great job, friendly, professional and helpful. By the time Josh left it was almost 7pm and he was family. He completely drained and cleaned our AC system, added a new capacitor, removed fan and scrubbed the blades (see pic) added a clean catch pan and added a new AV light. Snyder not cheap but always find valuable staff to insure an easy and complete visit. Reupped for the “Snyder Family Plan”. Feel very competent we are set for a cool summer. Ladies in office that schedule visits also a plus. Thx again

If it weren’t for Charles, this review would be scathing. Our appointment window was 1-5pm. We got a call at 4:15 saying they were wrapping up a job and would be on their way shortly. 5:45 I call the office and they tell me “he’s wrapping up the job and will be on his way shortly” …… Um. Ok. That’s what we were told an hour and a half ago. 7:15pm still no word, so I call again. They contact dispatch to find our guy is still stuck at his previous site. “We’ll send someone out as soon as we can”. Glad I took a half day at work for this, smh. 8:30pm we get a call from Charles saying he’ll arrive in 20 minutes. Charles is not the original tech that was supposed to assist, but he was profusely apologetic. He was able to diagnose and remedy the issue with relative quickness. There was a secondary concern from a previous visit that he was able to address as well. He really left me feeling positive about the visit despite everything that had preceded his arrival.

Aiden acame out to give me an estimate to have an electrical panel moved out of a very old building that is about to collapse. I have been a little anxious about the safety of whoever will be doing this project, but Aiden came up with a plan and I feel much better. He arrived on time and was very professional and courteous.
