This was our first time using Snyder. We had a few concerns about our home's electrical system. Travis was dispatched out to our home and he did an outstanding job from beginning to end. He showed up when he said he was going to. He was prepared when he got here and answered all of our concerns after checking and verifying the safety of our home's electrical system. He provided additional insight which we always appreciate. He was friendly, personable, and relatable. I wouldn't think twice of calling anyone but Snyder again and definitely would ask for Travis!

We have used Snyder, heating and air for quite some time. we have always had wonderful technicians. Moses did an especially good job for us, today, he was very thorough as well as Iknowledgeable to the questions that we asked We highly suggest using this company anytime to service. Air conditioning, plumbing or electrical needs.

Dana is terrific! Replaced my 16 year old unit with a new energy efficient machine. Tax credit also applies. Loved the personal touch to ensure that I get what I pay for and actually more than that. Very confident that the install is absolutely correct based on our discussion and the detailed review by Dana and his crew. Very respectful and careful of my house not to damage anything. Tested everything to make sure the system was running correctly. Quality and value were the priority from the start. Had Snyder now for a dozen years and fired the previous company. I get a lot for every dollar I spend. Thanks Snyder for caring about this customer but also for ensuring the job is done right…. Doug

I am a widow and single Mom, I recently found out that there was not so safe electrical wiring in my home. I called several pros to get estimates and options. When I spoke with Synder Co the man sounded like he could not be bothered, I sent 3 other companies my inspection report and my concerns. The very day of the appointment with Synder he told me there is nothing they could do, so I wasted a day off work. I had not sent them the report nor had he even gone to look to give me an estimate and he did not even call me back as he had to talk with a manager. Now several weeks later I have 3 companies with great options and reasonable prices. Why did I waste my time and off work with this Synder who I got off Angis list. I do not recommend Synder Co for any jobs to be done at your home

I had Snyder out for yearly maintenance. Jamal and Malcom were exceptionally professional, hard-working, friendly, and knowledgeable. This was, by far, the best experience I have had with an HVAC service team. I would definitely recommend.
