Snyder's technician Darrell, provided excellent customer service and was very informative and knowledgeable. I like that he contacted his Supervisor to report an issue with my unit. I have always received great customer service and courtesy, from all the Snyder technicians, that come out to service my unit. Definitely no complaints, even when I have to pay when my unit is serviced 😁

Simply horrible. They bought or partner or whatever with Palm Air and now its a mismanaged mess. The people answering the phones are useless, they send techs who can not service the very units that are having problems and they are inefficient with all followup. STAY AWAY. Call AirRef.

Billie Stanley provided outstanding service in diagnosing our electrical issues. He was extremely thorough, checking everything meticulously. Billie’s professionalism and manners were exceptional, setting a high standard for the industry. He is definitely a people’s electrician , and doesn’t pressure you into anything, and keeps it straight! I Highly recommended!
