I’m absolutely blown away by the level of service I received from Snyder, starting at 9:30 PM last night when my A/C went out! I had the pleasure of speaking with Rosemary, who quickly scheduled Jason to come out the next day to troubleshoot. Jason exceeded my expectations—he was not only on time but early, and he was knowledgeable, trustworthy, and professional. He took the time to walk me through the main issue, explained potential future concerns, and offered several clear solutions. I’m now looking forward to having the techs out tomorrow to upgrade our A/C system. This will help us stay better prepared for the long summer ahead—and avoid any more hot nights like last night!

Ac tech came out on December 5th to service systems. He found an issue and was going to order replacement parts. He called and said something about the parts not being available. Since that time I have texted with the company asking for someone to call back to explain the issue. Multiple times I was told someone would call but nobody has. I think taking over 20 days to call is inexcusable. Time to find another provider. Sad part is that Snyder bought out the company who installed my new ACs. The other company never gave me this type of customer no-service.

Joe Coleman was world class. He came in and immediately started educating us as well as answering any and all questions we had. He took it a step further by explaining to us how to maintain our HVAC system so that it continues to work. He was easy to talk to and never got annoyed. I would have him do any work for me anytime. Thank you for being an amazing contractor !! I can't say enough good things

Joshua Martin arrived punctual and assessed my plumbing issues and diagnosed with expert tools . He had the necessary parts to remedy my problems . He is knowledgeable polite and thorough . I highly recommend Joshua and Snyder Plumbing .
