I feel I met a new friend as nice as he was. He did an excellent job, was very thorough and explained everything in layman’s terms so I understood and he made sense. He scheduled an electrical follow up right away for me so basically he did all the work while I watched and he took care to make sure the job would be100%!! What a delight Snyder company was for me. Ken was outstanding! Friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and explained his process along the way. He replaced three shower arms and collars for us and we love the look. Ken was very conscientious and cleaned up thoroughly after he completed his work. Now we’re fully converted to matte black thanks to Snyder and Ken!
