This was my first time getting AC maintenance and I am pleased with the service. The tech was friendly and explained everything really well. He did a good job at making recommendations for upgrades without sounding like a pushy salesperson.

This was an outstanding experience with a seasoned professional, the skill knowledge of the old piping that was busted on the outside of the house. He knew what to do and made it up. He put in a state of the art piece of pipe that has ability to flex different temperatures, and then he came in and checked everything once we turned the main waterline on and very very professional truck tools dress, and he was working long hours because of the freeze.

I called Snyder on Sunday to change plans to replace a compressor and instead have a complete unit installed. We set the appointment for Wednesday. When I arrived home from work the Snyder pros were finishing up. They cleaned up and took away all remnants of the old system. The guys were great! Thank you Snyder pros, you made this process simple from the first call to the installation. Great company, great service!

Our new HVAC system went out after only 3 months. Arnett Snyder AC responded and had Stephen Hammet a superb technician come to evaluate every aspect and component of the system. He found the problem to be a clogged drain pipe, cleaned it and took time to educate me on the periodic use of vinegar in the drain pipe tray between service calls to prevent this problem. Highly recommend Stephen and Snyder AC

Trey was very professional and on time and does great work. Explained how the new water heater works, purged the air out of the system and made sure everything was working great prior to his departure. Ask for Trey when you need any plumbing work!
