We had been without air conditioning since Friday. I called Snyder on Monday after my dissatisfaction with the previous company we were dealing with. We were able to get an appointment that day, and Jon Reeves was the technician that came. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He was very thorough in his assessment and explained things well. My husband and I were able to make an informed decision based on our discussion with Jon. We opted to have a new unit installed, and Charles and Ryan were the techs that did the installation. They were prompt and took care of business. My husband observed the entire process, and confirmed explanations were provided throughout. We are both satisfied with the work, and the caliber of service provided by Snyder. Thank you Jon, Charles, and Ryan!

David Popp was very knowledgeable of his job, he was able to answer all of my questions. As well as make some corrections on my system. That had not been done I really appreciate his honesty. and he forgot one little screw on my AC. Unit, but was honest enough to call me and let me know. And he came back and put it back on. Now. That's what you call customer service. Thank you David!

Snyder was great! Our heat went out during a freezing January in Florida and they had someone there that day. Jason did an awesome job. He was thorough, explained everything and was very helpful.
