We called Snyder to come out and give us an estimate on our broken pipe line in our 1946 home. Ronald came out within the time they told us. I called kind of late in the day around 2:30. He got here around 3:30. He was very knowledgeable and immediately got to work climbing under our house. He found the problem that the house flippers did not do right. We bought this house in 2016 and just a few weeks after we moved in our toilets backed up. It was a mess. They supposedly fixed it since their work was still under warranty. They just patched it up and now we have this problem. We appreciate Ronalds honesty explaining what he could do. Its a lot of work. They will be out next week to fix it the right way. I will be giving an update. Thank you, Ronald 😊 Ronald and his team came yesterday Wednesday May 29th At 8 o'clock and worked tirelessly in the heat. They immediately started cutting the concrete, went under the house and started working. Then digging out the drain line. Everything they did was professional. They worked constantly until late evening, cleaned up and returned Thursday the 30th of May at 8 and got to work finishing up the job until late evening. It was a lot of work in the heat.
