Our technician, Carlton, was extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and respectful. He informed us of all options and went over each one in detail so we understood the benefits of the service. We received a diagnosis the same day we called for service and that is huge. Customer service from the phone call to the tech was excellent and we highly recommend Snyder to anyone that enjoys being treated like an appreciated customer. Will use again if needed in the future.

We had an awesome experience with Snyder. Nick M. was our service member who came out and he was: informative, friendly, explained things very well, and went above and beyond compared to other AC companies we’ve had out in the past. Our condensate line was very backed up and he spent the time to make sure it was truly cleared up. I would absolutely recommend Snyder and Nick for any HVAC issues!

My last experience was a repair to my hot water heater. Kat came out on the same day, as usual with Snyder. Service with Snyder is always excellent. Kat was fast and very polite. I don’t know where Snyder finds it’s people but they are always so nice and skilled.
