Synder Air Conditioning did a great job providing maintenance to my air conditioners. Josh Cardona was the service technician and was amazing. He was personable, thorough and took time to explain his recommendations. He really went above and beyond to provide great service. I really appreciate the effort.

Joe was on time and installed a UV lamp in the handler to get rid of fungus growing in it and replaced weak capacitor on compressor motor. He had found those 2 issues during the last maintenance visit. I have found Snyder techs to be very knowledgeable and professional. I know I can count on them and I highly recommend them.

Snyder Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electric in Jacksonville, Florida. The Snyder Plumbing department of the business is a Terrible, unprofessional company Branch. They sold me a brand new Water Softener installed it, then came back five months later and said there was a problem with the softener, and they were doing a company recall. I asked for a refund being they took away the Water Softener I paid for in full, and they said they would get back to me. It has been over six months now. I have made multiple calls regarding this issue every month since they took away the Water Softener, to resolve this, and they are still giving me the runaround, and not trying to work with me. I am still paying for the house loan that I got for the ten thousand dollar plus Water Softener and they have not refunded me or done anything to fix the issue. They are a terrible, terrible, poorly ran, unprofessional company and I would suggest everyone stay far away from them. I'm filing a lawsuit this coming Monday against them.
