Many sincere thanks to Sam of Snyder Air & Plumbing for persevering through horrible traffic to make it out to repair a leaking hose bib on the eve of our terribly cold weather. He kept me posted of traffic delays and made great use of time once here at the house. Sam was super courteous, professional and more than equipped to get right to the bottom of my leaking hose bib. Jason was the most professional air conditioner technician I have ever had.He was also very kind and respectful to me and my home. He also explained everything showed me everything more than anyone has ever done. He fixed my air conditioner in a timely manner and I would highly recommend this man for any job. He has a ton of knowledge and you can feel safe having him there.

Billie was amazing, his knowledge and subject matter expertise on the project were top notch. He was well prepared and informed my wife and I of all the plans offered by snyder and not just what we called for. We were so impressed we purchased a home surge protector on top of the floodlights. He came back the very next day and displayed a level of perfessionalism and work ethic any company would be proud of. I would highly recommend this company to friends and recommend they ask for Billie!!!

Snyder Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electric in Jacksonville, Florida. The Snyder Plumbing department of the business is a Terrible, unprofessional company Branch. They sold me a brand new Water Softener installed it, then came back five months later and said there was a problem with the softener, and they were doing a company recall. I asked for a refund being they took away the Water Softener I paid for in full, and they said they would get back to me. It has been over six months now. I have made multiple calls regarding this issue every month since they took away the Water Softener, to resolve this, and they are still giving me the runaround, and not trying to work with me. I am still paying for the house loan that I got for the ten thousand dollar plus Water Softener and they have not refunded me or done anything to fix the issue. They are a terrible, terrible, poorly ran, unprofessional company and I would suggest everyone stay far away from them. I'm filing a lawsuit this coming Monday against them.

Josh Cardona is such a kind and thoughtful guy! As a Deaf person, I really appreciated that he took the time to use accommodations like Siri to type out what he was saying. He clearly explained what was wrong with the AC and what needed to be replaced to keep everything running smoothly. I highly recommend him if you want someone reliable and respectful to take care of your AC!
