Colin was extremely professional and very pleasant to speak with. He got right to work without delay and his conclusions and recommendations were spot on. As CEO of my own company and VP at a Fortune 500 company I would have proud to have him as an employee. I look forward to seeing him again under my service contract. Jim A David came a little later and he was very impressive!😀 Technically he was the best. What a delivery ; someone that is a technical wizard and professional and polite. I feel I met a new friend as nice as he was. He did an excellent job, was very thorough and explained everything in layman’s terms so I understood and he made sense. He scheduled an electrical follow up right away for me so basically he did all the work while I watched and he took care to make sure the job would be100%!! What a delight Snyder company was for me. I highly recommend them for anything do do with air conditioning systems. Jim

I purchased a brand-new AC unit from Snyder just a year ago, and it has already broken down. My husband reached out for a repair 15 days ago, and they have yet to fix it. The lack of urgency and customer service is beyond frustrating, especially given the high cost of a new unit. We expected better reliability and service, but instead, we’ve been left with no AC and no resolution. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a dependable product or service.
