Keith was an excellent technician. Very mindful of our needs and long term plans when it came to suggestions on next steps for how to proceed with our options for our outdated AC unit. Very friendly and informative without trying to sugarcoat. Snyder's technicians have always been upfront and honest with us, which is why we are repeat customers.

I called Snyder on Sunday to change plans to replace a compressor and instead have a complete unit installed. We set the appointment for Wednesday. When I arrived home from work the Snyder pros were finishing up. They cleaned up and took away all remnants of the old system. The guys were great! Thank you Snyder pros, you made this process simple from the first call to the installation. Great company, great service!

Dylan is the best technician that we have ever had the pleasure to meet. No one has ever explained things so thoroughly. He is the reason we decided to switch our service contract and invested in the suggested systems to improve our air quality. Excellent experience! Later Marcus came to do the vent cleaning and he was so nice and made sure we were comfortable with everything that he and his assistant were doing! Good experience Today Billie came to check the electrical in our house. Very nice young man and very knowledgeable and helpful. He was thorough with his inspection and answered all questions for us and also gave us some written information about our plan which was most helpful.
