Davon came out at 6pm on Saturday to fix a clogged sewer line and he was helpful and very respectful and was able to show us what the problem was and fix it!

I bought a home from someone who had recently installed a new AC system with Snyder. I signed up for their maintenance plan and Snyder comes out every 6 months. Anthony was the technician today and he did an excellent job! He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. He’s an asset to the Snyder team!

On August 23, 2024 Snyder Air Conditioning serviced my system with routine maintenance and installed a UV system for $535. Their total bill was $1,064. When a supervisor reviewed my invoice he acknowledged an overcharge amount of $399. He sent a request to customer service and it took them over a month to process my refund. Eventually after multiple phone calls they processed my refund in October 2024. The UV system has already stopped working. I think you should consider my disappointing experience with Snyder before asking them to work on your system.

Mr. Perez was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and accommodating. He told me what to expect and kept me informed what he was doing and very thorough going through my AC unit. Snyder as a whole has the best customer service I have experienced. They are a little more pricey but well worth the money for what you get.
