Had to call Snyder at 8pm due to strange electrical things happening. Tracy came out and did some troubleshooting and did so after hours, on call with a smile on his face. He was super nice and informative. The person who dispatched the call initially, I want to say her name was Janelle but I could be way off base and if so I apologize was also super nice and helpful. Snyder should be thankful to have those two people representing their company. I would encourage you to give them a bonus or raise to be honest due to hte direct positive reflection for your organization. Kindest Regards, Bobby

Steve Lore was just great he listened to what I said and he discovered the problem and he got it fixed and was very polite and kind and answered my questions, I will be having Snyder coming to assist with any other electrical issues for now on.

Very happy with the service that I received. The inspection was done and it was explained to me very well by Chris. Shawn came and did the work the next day. He was very calming when I was stressing out about my water.
