Caleb did my AC maintenance yesterday and was amazing, very knowledgeable and super friendly. He went above and beyond to show me what he done and explained how a part in my outside unit was on the brink of failure and could possibly break down causing multiple expensive problems in my unit in the future. He replaced the part then and there and spent extra time doing it as I was his last booking for the day and he could have easily just gone home for the day but he stayed to help make sure this part was replaced so I wouldn’t have more expensive repairs in the future. He was overall a great person and a great representative of the Snyder /Arnett team! I highly recommend them. 10 out of 5 stars ⭐️!!!!! 😊

What really stood out was Dylan’s great personality and positive attitude. He approached the job with enthusiasm and made what could have been a stressful situation feel completely manageable. His friendly demeanor and genuine care for doing quality work really made a difference. The AC is running perfectly now, and we couldn’t be happier with the service.
