Snyder Heating and AC is a great, trustable company. The customer service personnels are polite, took messages and promised to call customer back. Ms. Pri Estefon did call back and listened to customer's request. She said that she would discuss the issue with the management and call me back. Ms. Pri Estefon called me back again and offered a successful solution. Ms. Estefon also followed up with an email to confirm the resolution. She kindly offered help if I do come across any future questions or concerns. That makes me feel warm in heart. Thank you Snyder for having such a good customer service; friendly, quickly and promptly resolve the issue, satisfied customer's concern and request.

Every time I have a pleasant experience with this company . All techs are respectful and patient. Company is pricey but I call at 8 am and the tech is at my home 10 am same day . Much needed service on hot days ! Today they cleaned the drains and added a UV light to place inside the machine to prevent mold and bacteria growing inside the blower .

My AC went out on a Friday afternoon, and what I thought was going to be a small repair was actually my entire HVAC system needing to be replaced. I knew immediately who to call and here I am Monday afternoon with an entirely new and upgraded HVAC system. These guys sent an army of techs out to my house and completely exceeded expectations. When they say Snyderman they ain’t playing! No one else I would recommend when it comes to AC these guys are the best!
