Joe Byrd was actually a breath of fresh air. Our water heater was leaking and smelled of smolder which tripped the breaker. Snyder set a next day appt and Joe came. He was very helpful and unassuming and gave us his honest advise without being pushy at all. He actually shared lots of info on pricing and warranties and made the decision rather easy for us. He even shared a few tips and insights we didn’t even know about water softeners and shower fixtures too. We should be good to go soon because they can do a same day replacement, at which point I will thoroughly enjoy a hot shower. Thanks Joe Byrd. (Edited 9/18) Katia Lindsey arrived soon after and started the installation. I was not there, but the install was completed quickly and my wife said Katia was nothing short of knowledgeable and excellent. Thanks Katia.

David Popp was very knowledgeable of his job, he was able to answer all of my questions. As well as make some corrections on my system. That had not been done I really appreciate his honesty. and he forgot one little screw on my AC. Unit, but was honest enough to call me and let me know. And he came back and put it back on. Now. That's what you call customer service. Thank you David!
