Tim Day was my semi annual Snyder technician today. He was very polite and professional. He did an excellent job in explaining everything he was going to be doing and not only advised on what I needed but explained why the items needed to be replaced. I feel he did a very thorough and complete examination and covered all the points of inspection. After he was done, he went over the checklist with me and went above and beyond to answer questions which I really do appreciate. He was very pleasant and I will definitely recommend Tim Day for my future inspections. I think he will go very far in this field of work and I do recommend him personally to others and wish him the very best. Thank you Snyder for sending Tim Day to my home.

This was the best customer service I've had in a long time. Redi Zisi was very professional and knowledgeable. He was punctual, respectful, friendly and easy to talk to. If you want someone that really cares of what he does, he is your man. He takes time to do his work correctly and explains the problem and recommendation. I wish there was more professionals like him, great job Redi and thanks for caring so much.

The Technician was great.. he called and said it would cost $1500 for a Tesla Charger Install... not really a great Price but I appreciate him not making the trip and wasting his and My time... but, Snyder.... you should know what this costs beforehand and you won't provide a Ball park price. Thanks
