Had a a/c tune up last week. Caleb did an exceptional job. He explained what I was to expect prior to starting. His trouble shooting was spot on. Calebs attitude was professional. He needs a raise today. Thank you Snyder and big thanks to Caleb. System is working perfectly.

Our tech Martin Ebanks, was professional, friendly and seemed knowledgeable. The only negative comment has nothing to do with Martin but I feel each time they come out, they are always recommending a new service and the price seems high after I check to see how much the parts cost.

Ian came to do an ac check and was very knowledgeable and polite and explained everything and showed me areas of future concern.

Jason was fantastic. Seriously, a lifesaver!! A previous company had quoted me nearly $2000 in work and was pressuring me to buy a new unit. Jason was honest about what I needed to do to get the unit running again. I spent a 1/4 of that, and he gave me some tips on keeping it running. So glad I called Snyder!

My AC stopped working and Jonathon from Snyder was able to come out same day, look at the system and provide me a detailed report as to the issues. We went with a solution that I could afford for the time being because I’ll be honest, it is pricey compared to what the representative on the phone when scheduling my appointment told me. I wasn’t expecting it. However my ac is running now and I appreciate how Snyder takes photos of the work in order to document the system over time. Thank you for the work Jonathon.
